Lisa Danzer, President

Lisa Danzer is the President of the The Alliance of Technology and Women (ATW) and has been involved in high-tech for the past 20 years. ATW is a non profit organization that promotes women in technology careers.

Ms Danzer spent 12 years at Sun Microsystems in various technical and management roles. At Sun she was recognized as the District Technology Manager of the year for the Southern Area in 2001 and US Engineering Manager/Director of the Year in 2002. She is a six time Sunrise (sales club) award winner. In 2002 Lisa led a team of sales and systems engineers that won the "Get's It" award from their customer. The award was given for exemplifying the best partnership effort of any of their vendors.

While at Sun, Lisa also assumed a role as Technical Ambassador to the community. She worked to "bridge the Digital Divide" by leading Sun-sponsored Netday projects at the elementary school level and various projects to bring Internet access to inner city children. She was also the Sun liaison for the local JavaMUG (Metroplex users group) as well as several other technical user groups.

Lisa has a BS in Business Administration and a Masters in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys reading and working in her garden.
 

Marilyn Kibler, Tatum Consulting - First Vice President

Marilyn Kibler has over 18 years of business leadership experience in the high tech industry. Working in a variety of leadership positions, she excelled in business development, sales and marketing and program management working with global organizations in retail, financial services, industrial, and media and entertainment industries. Marilyn brings a rich background in delivery of innovative solutions for complex business challenges to both Fortune 500 and mid market companies.

While at IBM and Xerox, she led development of consulting Practices, global alliances, business development and program management. Prior to IBM and Xerox, she developed successful leadership and sales strategies for marketing new technology and products. She is especially adept at building, mentoring, and motivating global teams using her leadership skills to develop strong collaboration for solving complex problems.

Marilyn received a BA in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of the Association of Image and Information Management (AIIM) and Alliance of Technology and Women (ATW). In her time away from work, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Lin O'Neill, Future Consulting - Second Vice President

A former Vice President of Inflight Service and Corporate Officer for Continental Airlines, Lin blends a background in business (operations and human resources) and behavioral science to create results while maximizing employee morale.

At Continental, Lin managed several thousand employees in remote locations as well as inflight service quality. A few of her numerous accomplishments include: insuring work continuation during a strike which threatened the viability of a major transportation company and design/implementation of a team-based training program resulting in a 43 percent decrease in the division operating costs of a national agricultural firm.

Today, Lin runs her own organizational development business and helps her clients solve the stickiest people problems, both in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She knows how to empower employees while driving results, encouraging creativity, resolving conflicts, and reaching closure. Whether on site with a client or delivering a keynote address, she brings extensive experience in culture change, turnarounds, business process definition, and multi-level, cross-functional team building to her engagements.

Lin holds a BS in sociology and an MBA. For more than two years, Lin conducted a weekly talk show on a Los Angeles FM radio station. She has taught in colleges in California and Oklahoma. She is a member of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Women Business Owners, Human Capital Institute, Women of Visionary Influence, The Friday Group, and the Alliance of Technology and Women.

She is a partner in Sakred Cow™ Enterprises, a Member of the President's Advisory Council for the Dallas SPCA, Board Member for Women Connecting Women and a past Board Member for the Alliance on Aging. In addition to the world of work, a cause dear to Lin's heart is assisting senior citizens to age with grace, health, and dignity. To that end, she is licensed as an RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) Administrator and certified as an RCFE/SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) Activity Director.

Regina Skidmore, Hitachi Consulting - Vice President Finance

Regina Skidmore is a Manager of Specialized Services for Hitachi Consulting and is part of the Business Intelligence and Performance Management practice. Regina has over 14 years of experience in IT and consulting. Her experience ranges from application development to the implementation of enterprise-wide corporate performance management solutions. She has worked with clients in multiple industries using various business applications. These industries include Aerospace and Defense, Educational Services, Healthcare, Food and Beverage, and Professional Services. Regina’s roles have included developer, project manager, and lead BI analyst on several business intelligence projects.

Regina Skidmore is the Chair of the Steering Committee for Hitachi Consulting's local women's network - WLDC (Women in Leadership & Development Council).  The WLDC includes the women from Hitachi Consulting in the Dallas area. 

Regina Skidmore has holds a strong passion for promoting Math and Science, with an emphasis on highlighting the benefits for young girls.  She has connected with local groups who are involved with these efforts.

Regina received her Bachelor of Science in Math from Saint Mary's College at Notre Dame and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Teri Cate - Vice President Administration

Teri Cate has over 10 years in the IT industry. She started in the founding company, Geophysical Service Inc., of Texas Instruments doing seismic data processing. Afterwards she moved to the Defense Business and then the Corporate IT areas of TI doing internal systems and application support for the facilities, environmental, and financial groups. This covered a wide range of areas from mainframe systems and client/server applications to PC Access tools and a website. Next, she focused on software quality assurance and has 6 years experience in this area which covers educational handheld devices and health care emergency department information system.

Being customer focused, highly organized, and very detailed has helped Teri to manage projects, find solutions, and satisfy users. In her spare time, she designed and programmed a web site for the Texins Sailing Club in which she was a member for over 10 years.  She has been a member of ATW for 8 years and on the Leadership Team for 6 years.

Teri has a BS in Earth Science from the University of New Orleans.

Linda O'Hea, Midwest Consulting - Vice President Membership

Linda has ten years experience as a business development manager within the information technology staffing services industry. She excels in relationship building and delivering quality consultants for her client base. Ask anyone with whom she has worked (including her ATW Leadership Team colleagues) and they will tell you it was a worry-free experience and that they had never been so well-supported in their employee selection efforts.

Recently, Linda (modeling her often-delivered message to others), returned to Dallas Baptist University to enhance her professional knowledge base.

Currently as Vice President of Membership of ATW, Linda assists new members in joining ATW and learning about the group. She is also involved in the Great Minds program. Her initial interest in ATW revolved around quality networking. Since joining, she has found a true connection with the organization's goals and outreach efforts. Linda is also on the 3rd Friday Technical Lunch Committee for the Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC).  

Marsha Clark, Marsha Clark and Associates - Director Executive Leadership Forum

Marsha Clark is an independent consultant who founded her own company in 2000. Marsha's passion is supporting women in their personal and professional development. She is currently delivering a series of offerings to enable women to explore, discover, and optimize their potential. One of the offerings, a 12-month program called the POWER of Self, combines experiential learning and individual coaching, and provides an opportunity for women to gain greater personal clarity and a strategic framework for making more deliberate choices in all dimensions of their lives.

Prior to starting her own business in 2000, Marsha spent almost 21 years with EDS and held a variety of roles. Starting in 1978 as a secretary, she exited the company in 1999 as a Corporate Vice President. Her responsibilities ranged from HR Staff jobs to line management at the client account level, as well as serving as president of the Health Care SBU where she directed business operations, sales and marketing, and technical support for 40 clients with responsibility for $400 million in revenue and over 2,000 employees.

Marsha has a Masters of Science in Organization Development from American University in Washington, D.C. She resides in Frisco, Texas with her husband Dale. She has two sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and a precious granddaughter.

Linda Spina, Marketing Director

Linda Spina is a software sales and marketing professional in the high tech industry.

While at IBM, she received a Vice Presidential Leadership Award for her work in leading the sales efforts of a segment of IBM’s Business Intelligence software. This role involved working closely with IBM’s business partners and direct sales reps to close business and overachieve revenue targets. She also worked to improve customer loyalty and revenue within a segment of IBM’s database business. She was awarded IBM’s Hundred Percent Club. Prior to IBM, Linda was in software sales and sales management at Sterling Software and Texas Instruments.

Linda received a BS degree in Computer Science from SMU. She is on the Board of the Women’s Council of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden where she currently serves as Vice President of Service and Education. Linda was recognized with the organization’s Leadership Award in 2009.
